Finding just the right musical element has never been faster or easier. i use it to follow the cursor, so i can move the cursor over items that i want to see in more detail and then view it in the dock.Ou to create combinations of multiple effects, including DSP-based fx that reside in one container and can be manipulated as a single effect drag and drop from the Browser, drag and drop between tracks, and even drag to individual clips. it follows the cursor, or it follows the keyboard focus (whatever that means?). There is a setting icon in the menu bar that will let you select what shows up in the dock, e.g. Select "Size", then move the cross-hair cursor to the bottom right corner of the dock and hold down the left button to drag the dock and make it larger. ![]() To resize the dock area, right-button click on the word "Magnifier" which will open a menu. The dock can be moved from the top monitor edge to anywhere on the screen by holding down the cross-hair cursor (left mouse button) and dragging the window. The help screen with the Magnifier app was useless, as were internet search engines. So i just wanted to share this answer for other folks like you and me that were searching. i have recently been "upgraded" from W7 to W10 and the Magnifier dock was small and not useful. I realize this is an old question but have discovered how to resize the dock viewing area. ![]()
